Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson & Thomas Allison Lennox is the name used by her parents. Lennox was a student for three year at the Royal Academy of Music London in the 1970s, was admitted. She managed to make it on her student stipend and work part-time jobs. While in the Royal Academy Lennox was dissatisfied in her ability compared to her student classmates and she pondered what alternative route she could take. Lennox started out as an instrument player in the band Dragons Playground. She quit the band prior to New Faces, the I.T.V. talent competition. The singer was lead vocalist in The Tourists (a British popband) from 1977-1980. The band was where she got to know Dave Stewart and together they formed The duo Eurythmics. Lennox collaborated on her solo first album Diva. The album was released in 1993. This album became a huge hit with regard to sales and critically acclaimed. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth album as a solo artist was released in October 2014. The C.D. Lennox chose her favourite blues and soul songs. Lepidoptera is a collection of four improvised tracks for piano that Lennox made available in May 2019. The E.P. The singer-songwriter released her debut solo album in conjunction with her artwork at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art entitled "Now I'm letting You Go." Annie Lennox, born on December 25, 1954 in Scotland, is a charitable philanthropist and politician. She also sings.
