Born on the 2nd of December, 1981, in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her roles in movies and television shows. After beginning her acting career with The New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came in the form of her second role, playing Naevia in the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress's TV credits include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians, and numerous other. Since 2016 Brandt has been playing the character in the role of Mazikeen in the series of urban fantasy Lucifer starring Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was born and raised in Cape Town South Africa and then moved to Auckland New Zealand with her family as a teenager. The actress began her career as a model when she appeared in commercials and print ads. Before her rise to the spotlight as a model, she worked in the field of retail sales as well as being an information technology recruitment consultant.
